Resul Pookutty won Oscar Award

Malayali Resul pookutty won oscar award for sound mixing for the film Slumdog Millionaire .

Eventhough the film Slumdog Millionaire got 8 Oscar awards, the best treat which malayalies got is the Oscar for Rasul Pookutty.


Every Mallu (Kerala People) are happy with the achivement of Resul Pukutty.


He got award for Best Sound Mixing as he captured and recorded even the feable natural sounds for the movie "Slumdog Millionaire" .


For this film A R Rahman also got Oscar award. He got best Music director award.


AR Rahmaan also got Baftha Award for the Music in this filim. (Gai Hoo).


Resul Pookutti became an asset for Malayalam and for Kerala. He is born at Kerala.
