Mallu Jobs

Most Mallu Jobs are dependent on Agriculture . Earlier in 19 th century Mallu used to work in Farms. Then Some Mallu people went to Gulf for a Job . Now most Mallu Jobs comes from IT Sector.

Malayali became ashamed to work in paddy fields and to climb coconut trees . Now all Mallu's want White coloured Jobs. Its now difficult to find a person to work on paddy field or to climb coconut trees in Kerala .

Now the most paying Jobs in Kerala is Working in Paddy fields , Climbing Coconut trees , Rubber tapping Jobs etc. This is because there is a huge demand for such workers, but no one ready to do physical Job. Every Mallu now want Logical Job , ie working in front of computer.


Now mallu people apply for Job in IT Parks like Technopark (Kazhakuttom ,TVM) , Infopark (Kochi) , Smart City (Kochi) , Technocity (Pallipuram , Thiruvananthapuram) . Most Malayali students opt to study Engineering. Now in Kerala there are around 70,000 Engineers completing course per Year. Who can give Job to these all Engineers ?


Now Kerala People started cutting Coconut Tress and planting Rubber Trees . This is Due to increase of Rubber Price in Kerala. Now due to financial crisis Rubber Market is also down.

My Openion is Mallu ( Malayali ) people should avoid their unnecessary complex and should apply for old traditional Mallu Jobs.
