Applying for Job through Email - Sending Resume

While you send your Resume for a Job through Email, you have be careful in some formats. To apply for a Job you have to attach your resume with your Email. Dont copy paste resume on the Email Content (Text Box provided for typing your Message).

The normal form of applying for a Job through an Email is by attaching your resume or attaching Biodata along with the Email you send.

Write inside the Mail content : My Resume attached with this Email.
Inside Mail write how you know about job and why you like to apply for that job.

Type your Qualification also within that mail. But dont include detailed Biodata inside E-mail. Instead attach biodata in word format(.txt) or document format(.doc) or rich text format (.rtf).


Every Email service provider supports attachment of files. Scan your Resume with Anti- Virus to ensure that your file does not contain a virus attached with it before sending resume.

Upload your Resume to Email server and then send to the email address of the Job Providing company.
