World Environment Day 2009

World Environment Day 2009 is celebrated on June 5 2009 all over the world. The moto of this day is to preserve our environment from degradation.

World Environment Day 2009 gives us the message to preserve our environment from hazards like climatic changes, pollutants, global warming, floods, disease etc.

One of the examples of disease which spread in 2009 is Swine Flu or H1N1 feaver. This is due to unhygienic conditions which persists on this world. If we maintain our environment clean then we can avoid a lot of disease.

The toxic gases released by automobiles and factories is another form of threat to human existance. Ozone hole and global warming causd by accumlation of such gases can cause upto sunburn and other skin ailments.

Its good to take an oath to protect our earth during World Environment Day 2009. Hope kids to old people will celebrate this day (5th June 2009) for the welfare of all living things.
