Chief of LTTE Prabhakaran killed - Prabhakaran dead

According to media reports, Chief of LTTE Prabhakaran killed by Sri Lankan army on Monday 18 May 2009. Reports are there that Vellupillai Prabhakaran was killed while trying to flee the combat area.

Now the DNA test is going on to verify that the killed (dead) person is the leader of Tamil Tigers Vellupillai Prabhakaran.

Apart from Vellupillai Prabhakaran, Nadesan and LTTE spokesman Seevaratnam Puleedevan was also killed.

The other LTTE (Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam) people dead are Charles Anthony (Prabhakaran's son), Ilango, Ramesh and Pulideevan.

News was there that body of Vellupillai Prabhakaran was found from an ambulance.
