Today in Job Field the competition is high. Like wise BackDoor Jobs are also increasing. This results is rejecting eligible candidates and appointing relatives or people with money.

People with no money cannot pay money as bribes for getting a Job. So poor caunt get a job through Backdoor Jobs by paying cash. The rich will get rich again and again and poor will become poor.

Some applicants who havent attended test or interview will get a job if they have influence. They will have political or financial backing which will be used to get acess to a seat. Backdoor Jobs are now common in Government jobs too.

In some IT companies too this back door system exists. They will appoint their relatives when a vaccuncy comes. Some HR Managers will also collect money for selecting people in a Software or in BPO firms. So Freshers cannot get a job.

The same situation persists in some public sector offices too.

Heard that there are agents who arranges back door jobs.

So what will middile class or poor people do? They too need a Job.

Job Loss in Gulf Countries due to Financial Crisis

The Financial crisis which persist in the whole world have even affected Fourign Employees. There is news regarding Job Loss in Gulf Countries and so may Gulf People are returning back to home nations. This may be due to Financial Crisis.

News was there that around 1 lakh Gulf Malayalies returned back to India during last some months. More and more Gulf Malayalies will come back and the count may exceed 5 lakh's within comming months. These all are due to loss of Job in Gulf Countries due to Financial Crisis.

Government of Kerala have announced some packages for Ex Gulf People (NRI) who returns back to Kerala without any Job. Hope this can give some relief for Gulf Malayalies.

Hope the Central Govenment will also give some help and assurance for all people who return to India after Job Loss.

The Gulf Mallu people usually have a lavish life. So they caunt even think of a situation without Job. The Unemployment rate in India will increase if so many people return from Gulf, US, UK, Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Dubai, Kuwait etc....

Will Financial Crisis affect India ?

Every Indians have same Question . Will Financial Crisis affect India ? .The answer is NO.
Indian economy depends on Agriculture , small scale industries and in other resources. So India wont get affected by present financial situation which persist on the world economy.


A small sector of India population works in IT related fields. Due to Financial Crisis some Job cuts are there in IT fields .So some many loose job. Now these IT companies are not even recruting new people for their company.


India's Banking Sector and Insurence Sector are very safe as most Banks are in Public sector.
But now more people considers Gold as reliable mode of Investment.So they are buying more and more Gold. So the price of Gold in rising up.

One more positive aspect for India is the fall in Crude Oil price. This will help us because we are Importers of Crude Oil.

Comaparing to any other countries economy, Indian Economy is Safe and well monitored.

India Banks and Financial Institutions are monitored by RBI (Reserve Bank of India).

So the financial crisis can only bring a small impact on India.

As we all know financial crisis has grabed the whole worlds economay so many people will loose their Jobs.

The possibility of losing Job is for those who work in IT Field.So many IT companies have asked staffs to leave the Job or asked them to do overtime Job. So much turn over will happen during coming year in IT field

Another employess who lost jobs are those who work in Banking Sector. As some Banks are in trouble ,there is a chance of more Job loss for those people.

Real Estate field is also in trouble.As the economy is down no one is willing to spend their money.
So no new land or building deals happen and there is a lacking of liquidity in money.

Govenment Employess are safe as they have fixed Jobs and salaries.But people working in IT and related fields are much suffering due to insecurity of thier Jobs.

In Kerala some IT companies have removed some staff due to financial crisis.

India is not much affected by fianancial crisis as most Banks are in public sectors.

I think this finacial crisis will last for atleast 2 more years.

Anyway make sure that you wont loss job due to financial crisis.
