Laughing is good for health

I have heard some old sayings that laughing is good for health. I dont know how much logic is there in this saying but according to me, laughing will give you relaxed mind.

There will be a lot of tensions and struggles in our life. This can cause depression and sadness. This will eventually lead to tension.

People having high BP (Blood pressure) and those having heart disease should try to laugh more. This can provide you carm and good mood.

I have seen some people who conducts laughing meets and gatherings. They will tell some joke and will laugh together.

Similary some health clubs and social welfare committee conducts this kind of gatherings.

In short, laughing is good for health.

But dont laugh always. Laughing at a person during bad instances should be avoided.
